Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use this website. It is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What you can do

• Use the whole site with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline on every link and control.
• Zoom to 200% and use the site on a narrow phone screen without content being cut off.
• Turn on reduced motion in your device settings to stop the drawing and heading animations.
• Use a screen reader: every drawing has a text description, every photo has alternative text, and the enquiry form announces errors next to the field they belong to.
• Read the questions and answers without JavaScript; the enquiry form needs JavaScript, and the phone number and email address are always shown beside it.

How we tested it

On 14 October 2026 we checked the site with automated tools (Lighthouse accessibility audits and axe), by keyboard, and at phone, tablet and desktop widths. Automated tools do not find every problem, so if something does not work for you, please tell us.

Tell us about a problem

Email hello@birminghamloftconversions.co.uk or call 0121 751 9618. Tell us the page and what went wrong, and we will fix it or give you the information another way.
